Welcome to the Georgia O’Keeffe PTA!

From ensuring that our teachers have adequate supplies, to organizing social and community outreach events, to working on a national level to pass legislation serving and protecting our children, the PTA serves many important roles in our community. This cannot be done without your help. Whether you have a special talent to share with the students or just some time to spend assisting other PTA members on a project, your input is crucial. With time at a minimum for all of us, there are ways to help that fit around your busy schedule.

Please take a moment to think of how you can help our school and then act! Serve on one of our committees or create a new one. Come to PTA meetings and let your voice be heard. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions and we welcome everyone – parents, grandparents, anyone who wants to enrich the lives of our children.

It is very simple to join. Print this page, clip and fill out the membership form, and send it to school in your child’s backpack, along with a check made payable to the GOK PTA. Forms are also available in the school office; you may call the school and ask to have a PTA membership form sent home with your child.
