Albuquerque League Meets

All chess club members will be invited to participate in at least one league meet.  They are held at participating elementary schools throughout the city. 

Students are never obligated to participate - league play is voluntary and low-key. We play against other elementary school teams throughout the Albuquerque area.  The Rams are one the top-rated teams!!

The next league meet is December 10th.  If you receive a written invitation, please call Coach Hughes as soon as possible if you cannot attend the league game. Please let Coach know immediately so that another member can fill your position on the team. This is critical, because we need to play in teams of five. We need to arrive early to get pairings and find out where to sit.
All kids will play just one complete game. 
Afterwards, you can leave or play pick-up games. 
All team members are welcome to come watch these events.
