The End-of-the-Year Party is
Friday. Since our field is under
construction, the party will be in the parking lot
of the church across the street. We will need
lots of volunteers to supervise the booths. If
you would like to help, send an e-mail to
mtbaker@comcast.net. Shifts are 9:15-11:15
or 1:15-3:15.
Staff supervision begins at Georgia O’Keeffe at 8:50am. Please do not drop off your children
before that time.
GOK has a first bell that
rings at 8:55 am and a
second bell that rings at
9:00 am. Students must be in
their seats ready to learn at 9:00 am. Any
student arriving later than 9:00 am is considered
tardy and must report to the office get a pass.
Each day that your student will be absent or late
to school, please leave a message on the
attendance line (293-4259, ext. 5) by 9:30 am. If
you do not call, a Safe Arrival volunteer will
call you.
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
school is out at 3:45 pm. Wednesday is early
dismissal day; school is out at 12:45 pm.

Be sure to check our Lost and Found tables. We will not have space
to store Lost and Found items over the summer,
so anything that’s not claimed will be donated.
Every Friday is Ram Wear Day!
The Annual Quality of Education Survey is now
being conducted on-line this year, April 1
through June 30th. This is your opportunity to
comment on your child’s school, and on
Albuquerque Public School District as a whole.
You can complete the survey on any computer
that can access the internet; at your child’s
school, at the public library, or in your own
home. You can access the Survey on the
internet by going to:
http://164.64.166.19/studentsurvey/surveyframe.
asp
Choose “Take a Survey” on the left. For a login
name, you may use your own or make one up.
Choose “Albuquerque District,” pick your role,
choose “GOK” and click on the “Answer the
Survey” button. The survey consists of 20
items.
