Disruptions:
 
First Time:
Name goes on the board.
Second Time:
A check goes next to your name and a consequence form is filled out. You will also attend Homework Club during recess.
Third Time:
A ticket is given and the student is sent to time out at recess
   
Rewards (weekly):
 
  • Turn in all homework on time
  • Receive 70% or better on assignments
  • Do not go to Homework Club, and
  • Have no consequence forms

Will receive either a homework pass or a lunch pass. Lunch passes will be used on Fridays only. Lunch will be in the classroom. Homework passes may be used on ONE assignment, not a test.
